Custom Searches

How We Help You Find Your Next Home

Specific Criteria

We create a custom search based on your specific requirements. This includes price point, geographical area, cities, specific neighborhoods, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage type, ensuites, basement suites, etc.

You Decide

While some people may find it helpful to have their agent send them properties, in our experience, this is not the best way to 'filter' potential properties. Our search system allows you to list homes in your search as "Favourite", "Maybe" or "Reject". This keeps you in the driver's seat of your home search.

First Eyes

When a new listing hits the market, before it shows on Realtor.ca or any other websites, it is directly emailed to anyone who has a search set up with that property's criteria. This means you see the listing first before anyone else.

Get In the Door

As soon as you see a property that gets you excited, text it to us! We will set up a showing for you at the next soonest time that works for both of us. If for some reason we are unavailable at the time that works for you, we will ensure one of our team members takes you so you don't miss out.
