Custom Searches

How We Help You Find Your Next Home

Specific Criteria

We create a custom search based on your specific requirements. This includes price point, geographical area, cities, specific neighborhoods, bedrooms, bathrooms, garage type, ensuites, basement suites, etc.

You Decide

While some people may find it helpful to have their agent send them properties, in our experience, this is not the best way to 'filter' potential properties. Our search system allows you to list homes in your search as "Favourite", "Maybe" or "Reject". This keeps you in the driver's seat of your home search.

First Eyes

When a new listing hits the market, before it shows on Realtor.ca or any other websites, it is directly emailed to anyone who has a search set up with that property's criteria. This means you see the listing first before anyone else.

Get In the Door

As soon as you see a property that gets you excited, text it to us! We will set up a showing for you at the next soonest time that works for both of us. If for some reason we are unavailable at the time that works for you, we will ensure one of our team members takes you so you don't miss out.

This newly married couple is looking to purchase their first home and are open to a 2 bedroom condo or duplex on the west side of the Anthony Henday! Would prefer an updated unit (few projects).

Budget: Up to $300,000

K & C

This family of 4 is looking for their forever home, and the most important thing is the VIEW. They'd like to be backing onto a ravine or the river valley, and have a functional layout for their family.

Budget: Up to $2,500,000

MORINVILLE

J & J

These first time home buyers are looking for a property to grow their family in! They love bi-level layouts, but are looking ideally for a turnkey property with at least 3 bedrooms.

Budget: Up to $420,000

PARKLAND COUNTY & DEVON

M & L

This family of 4 is looking to move from the city onto a starter acreage that is no more than a 20 minute drive from Devon or Spruce Grove (either direction). They would love 1-3 acres with a big garden and room for their 2 young boys to explore!

This family of 4 would love to move to an acreage near Devon or a home right in town (they love the Ravines neighborhood!) and need at least 4 bedrooms + double attached garage and a south facing yard.

This family of 3 is looking for an acreage property that is within 45 minutes driving distance to the west end of Edmonton. The more land, the better! Willing to take on a fixer upper project.

This family is looking for a small acreage property (1-3 acres) with a large, beautifully updated home and land with mature trees within close driving distance to the west side of Edmonton.

Budget: Up to $1,500,000

The B Family

This family is looking for an acreage property (3-6 acres) with an updated home and ideally no further than 30 minutes from the west side of Edmonton.

SPRUCE GROVE & STONY PLAIN

First time home buyers looking for a detached home in Stony Plain or Spruce Grove with a garage, at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. Updated finishings preferred but not required.

Budget: Up to $450,000

N & H

For these buyers, a fully fenced yard is the most important thing! They would love a garage as well as at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An updated home with minimal renovations is ideal.

They are open to detached homes or duplexes.

Budget: Up to $400,000

This couple is looking for an investment property in Stony Plain or Spruce Grove that has at least 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and will require very little maintenance.
